How do I find the advanced object catalog/browser?

This is less scripting help, and more studio help.

One of the the older updates took it out from under the toolbox and hid it away, but I didn't really care or need it until now. I am trying to insert a ShirtGraphic object into a humanoid but it is not provided by the 'right-click insert object menu' thingy. I know you can just write a simple script to forcefully spawn things and jam them into other things, but I like having the advanced object menu to sift through and look at all the neat things.

And yes, I tried googling it.
