How do i weild many Parts to the Torso using Instance.new?
How am i suppose to weild it to the torso?

I assume you mean weld it to the torso. Please do some research, or even search the topic on this very site, before asking something like that.
This is basically how it should look in the end, but I urge you to read the entire page to have a better understanding of it.
