Animations on a gun?

Hello! As you seen on some gun games, some of them have animations. Like on http://www.roblox.com/games/301549746/Counter-Blox-Roblox-Offensive-Alpha

When you reload/shoot, the gun parts move. Tweening? Or just simple ROBLOX animation? I have no idea.

If you know how this is achieved. Please reply..
