How do I make a badge linked to an item in game?

I have made many Zombie maps and everything else (using some of Starbattle's amazing zombie scripts) Now I am trying to make an unofficial egg hunt to get users to have fun in maps, there is just one problem.... I dont know how to do that so when the player touches the item they get it I think I know I just wanna make sure.

Here's how I think: Add a egg mesh with the texture I want to the badge.
