What is the difference between PlaceId and GameId?

So I'm going to make a menu for all your friends that are playing roblox and any friends that are playing the same game you are but in a different world will show up on the list and I was looking at player:GetFriendsOnline() and 2 of the arrays content are PlaceId and GameId. What is the difference?
