¿Resizing a Scrolling Frame?

I've made a shop that has a option to resize a ScrollingFrame. But there is one problem, I want it to be vertical only, and If i enable draggable, they can move it anywhere. and there is a Maximum and Minimum size. How would I resize it by the position of the mouse? And the Resizable Scrolling frame is a descendant of other frames.
