How do I fix the animation editor changing poses? (video)

Whenever I attempt to save certain animations, when I re load them, the poses are altered drastically. It ruins my animations. When I try to remove the keyframe that seems to have altered the pose and re pose it, when I play the animation, it still plays the old altered keyframe! It's a massive drawback as most of my animations keep getting destroyed by this! Thank you for any help!
