Camera help please?

how do i make it so when i move my mouse in THIRD person it moves around the player. so when i move mouse up the camera goes down and when the mouse goes up the camera goes down and when the mouse goes left the camera goes left and when i move the mouse right the camera goes right. without pressing right click.
