How do I save and load tables through DataStores?

Is there a method to save and load tables (with defined keys) from a DataStore? I have taken a look at Ordered Data stores, and it seemed confusing- I can't really understand it so here I am looking for another solution. Thanks!

(I can't get saving tables to work with DataStore :[ )
