how to make an advanced fireworks editor?

i wanted to create a plugin about the fireworks creator which is allow people to make their own fireworks effects/shells,flares,cake launcher/aerials,rocket/missile,launching rack or tube,roman candles,artillery,etc. that can be made as a model and publish it. launching rack w/ tube is for fireworks shell and making those of them as model that will make fireworks more realistic. make the advanced fireworks that for the cakes,roman candles,to make the combo of the effects,launch time,waiting time before launch,etc. i wanted a complete one so please help.
