I'm guessing you mean add text above a model? If so have a humanoid and a part named Head in the model and the name of the model will be above the part named Head.
If you mean add text onto a wall like with a TextLabel then put a SurfaceGui into the part then put a TextLabel into the SurfaceGui and customize how you wish.
