Character Sizing? (Rookie Developer)

Hi, I'm in a Halo group and as a spartan in that group my character is supposed to be taller than standard Humanoid characters. But I have no idea how to write a program, could someone please teach me how to do this? (Keep in mind I'm also a rookie developer and I think this would be a good start on learning how to use Lua)
