Anti Mouselock and Anti First-Person?

I know this is not a request website, but I don't even know if this is possible.

Is there a way to stop the user from using First-Person view? Also, is there a way to force disable Mouselock?

You may want to look at StarterPlayer.CameraMinZoomDistance and StarterPlayer.EnableMouseLockOption
