Is it possible to remove the ROBLOX spam filter?
If it is, how so can I do it? It tends to get annoying, and I just want it gone...

No, that's the entire point of a filter. The only way to do this would be to make a custom chat system, and your game could get moderated/reviewed if you openly let people swear.
