Cannot write to DataStore from studio if API access is not enabled Wut?

Cannot write to DataStore from studio if API access is not enabled. Enable it by going to the Game Settings page. is the answer i get when i try to TEST data stores. there is no option in game settings to fix this, i may be looking in the wrong place, help?
