How do you make a join script where the screen veiws a certain spot for a while, when someone joins?

To be more specific I mean like when someone joins they temporarily view something like a room, but instead of the viewing sitting there, it rotates to the right to view the entire room in a circle formation. After it views an entire room, the player can press play to well, play. Moving them into the regular game spawn. ^^' Confusing right....?
