Buying a Ship?

I would like to know how to make a Gui so that there you could select what ship you want to buy and make it spawn normally on the water and not somewhere below the water or above it, and then so that you would then be set to be Owner of the ship and then you could toggle if others can spawn on your ship or not. and also I would like to know in the Gui how to make it so that when you click "Spawn on an existing Ship" and then it would show a list of available ships to spawn on and then it would show the image of the ship and the owner beside it and when you click on one of the ships on the list you be able to pick were to spawn, which spawn. Also I would like before spawning the ship I would like for players to be able to name the ship and so that it would name the model file of the ship the same as you put the name and then you click the "spawn" button and you spawn with the ship.
