How can I get the character to spawn on the spawn and not on a building above it?

I am making a prisoners team that you can join by clicking a GUI, I need the prisoners to spawn in a jail I made where I put the spawn. I have read there needs to be a 10 stud tall ceiling but I don't have room for that and was wondering if there was another way. I also can't change the team to neutral because they need to be on the prisoners team. I have a team backpack script but it only works on respawn so it can't be a teleport to jail GUI. Is there ANY way to get them to SPAWN in the jail without being on top of it. If not please tell me and I will make it a teleport script that when it teleports it will also remove the tools from the players backpack. Thanks, crazynerd11
