Is there a way to position GUIs behind and in front of each other?

I'm trying to make a health bar but I need a Frame to be positioned BEHIND an Image Label. I can do it in studio but whenever I play the game it breaks and the Frame is in front of the Image Label. Please help me with this.

By changing their ZIndex from their properties:

Definition of ZIndex from the wiki.roblox.com: "Determines the order in which GUI objects are rendered, with 10 being in front and 1 in back"
