Pop Up GUI?

So I want a brick so when I touch it a GUI comes up only for that player who touched it that says "Level 1" when goes off 5 seconds later. (Please provide me with the script)

Please write a script, and we'll help you fix it. Also provide more info; do you mean a SurfaceGui, or a ScreenGui?
