How would I force MouseLock upon the player?

Asked by 8 years ago

The question says it all, how would I force MouseLock upon the player, or at least simulate it?

To avoid confusion, I'll make it clear that I want to force the option that EnableMouseLockOption in StarterPlayer enables.

For example, if you go in ROBLOX Client Settings, you'll see Enable Shift Lock Switch, I want to force that.

And please, no GUIs.

I know, sorry for making it seem like that. But I was actually stumped, as I browsed the internet for it and it said it would not work, and I do not have experience with camera manipulation, yet. Once again, thank you for helping. Anonynoum 5 — 8y

Wait, oops. I was actually meaning the camera mode that EnableMouseLockOption enabled, sorry for false alarm. :\ I would upvote you still, however do not have enough reputation to do that. Anonynoum 5 — 8y

No, no, I meant like, forcing it. Not just leaving it open for an option. Anonynoum 5 — 8y

You can, at least simulate it. I've seen it in games. But don't know how to do it. Anonynoum 5 — 8y

But you'd probably have to work with GUIs which I do not. fireboltofdeath 635 — 8y
