How to make a GUI always in a player's screen?

I wanted to make a GUI that is always in the player's screen, from when they join to when they leave. It's not anything too complex, but just something like a number in a player's screen. Would I place it in StarterGUI? Thanks! (Sorry if the description is a bit bland.)
