What is that glow effect I keep seeing Game developers use? [closed]
I keep seeing these glowing parts like the lightning in the new One piece game and the lights in framed what is that?

That material is called "neon". Insert a part and make the material neon. Be sure to make the part colors neon. Basically like white, green blue, red and purple!
