How do I made somebody an admin with a script?

I am using Epix Admin and I need to know how to make somebody an admin with scripts. I would prefer if you told me how to make them a Moderator though, as that is what I am trying to accomplish. Thanks for reading and I hope you find an answer to my question ;)
