Why wont context action guis insert after a player resets?

Hello, I am testing context action guis in studio mode with the Ipad mini emulation setting.

I can insert context action guis perfectly fine after a player loads up. It creates the screen gui "ContextActionGui" and the frame "ContextButtonFrame" and puts all of the context action guis I created into the frame.

But... after I reset the test character and the script goes to try and insert the guis it creates the screen gui "ContextActionGui" but no frame and it does not create the guis and place them anywhere. It does go through the code that creates the guis though, but it doesn't do anything.

There is no error output from the script

Is this a bug? studio only bug?
