How to change ScrollingFrame property?

Hi guys, how would i go about making a ScrollingFrame have the scrollbar on the bottom that slides Left to right

atm i tried using rotation but i can only make it scroll right to left + if i rotate it the scroll breaks :/ if u can tell me how to fix that i could live with -90 degrees roation with it on the top
