how do i make a clash of clan like camera?

so im trying to make a clash of clans game and i dont really know how i would make the camera move around. please help

im making it pc and ios and also i will have it have arrows to move the camera

game.Workspace.CurrentCamera.CoordinateFrame = CFrame.new(cframe)

how would i make the camera move correctly?
