How would I change game instances?
How would I make a game that when you put the numbers in a textbox and click a button it makes a new instance for a game? I know this is not a request site, but if you can not help just give me some wiki's.

This isn't a request site. Do you mean teleporting people to a different game?
This can be done using TeleportService and some handy string manipulation. Here's some links for you.
