Where would I learn this?
I am trying to make a brick that promotes you in a group what part of the Wiki do I go to?

There isn't really one specific article that teaches you all of it because it would be a fairly massive article, but the foundation of it begins at HttpService. You would use it to send information to a proxy server, which would then promote you on the website.
That will not give you nearly as much information as you need, but it's a start.
