How Do I Make A Humanoid Give Leaderboard Values?

I Created A Points Giver Button That Gives Points Displayed On The Leaderboard, I Want This Same Action to Happen When I Kill A Humanoid(NPC). The Code Might Have To Include Some Thing Like This:

points.Value = points.Value + 5
