How can you position a GUI at the center of the screen?

The places of the GUIs can vary from different sizes of the monitor. If I were to position a GUI on the center of my screen it might appear somewhere else in another person's monitor. So I was wondering if there was a certain UDim2 value that would make the GUI in the center for all screens.
