How did AxisAngle do this?

Trying to figure out how AxisAngle did this. Anyone have an idea? I've already tried adjusting CFrame based on the speed of the camera, but this turns out rough. http://gyazo.com/c6875335e008d0ffa519fa7a6812ef9f
However, if I go faster, it looks better.

You're probably better off asking AxisAngle himself. Also, what specifically did he 'do' that you're trying to recreate? adark 5487 — 9y

@adark, he is trying to recreate the sway movement when turning with a gun equipped. IntellectualBeing 430 — 9y
