Any help w/ scripting to teleport to a certain model/object?

I am making a "Running game" and when a person is done with the first obby and they touch a brick they will get teleported to the 2nd map and when they finish that obby and they touch the brick at the end of that obby, they get teleported to the 3rd obby and so on... What script do I do and where do I put it in? Thanks a lot whoever helps me!
