Why does my welded tool fall when I equip it? It doesn't on any other places?

I know this isn't a scripting question but I think SH would be a good site to ask this on. I've made a tool with different parts, I used ozzypig's weld plugin to weld them together. All the parts in the tool were unanchored and uncollidable.
