What is the difference of ParamA and ParamB?

I know that the ParamB changes the speed of the motor. but what does ParamA do?

Actually, the ParamB determines the Rotational speed of a Motor, but ParamA Determines the Rotational Speed of a Motor/Hinge, as said in the Roblox Wiki
