How to cframe and angle mulitple parts? (Looking for tips)

Trying to make a moving boom arm and moving bed on a Wrecker and Flatbed, shown here: http://prntscr.com/6cex7u but can't seem to figure out an actual working test script to get it to start rotating and moving off a GUI control script.

Does anyone have tips on how to figure most of this out? I tried using the Roblox Wiki, but the Cframing would just fling the trucks off the map.
