How would I construct a Custom Animation?

How would I go about making my own animations? I have no idea where to start. For example: A sprinting animation, where the character appears to bound as he runs.

Use Roblox's Animator Editor Plugin (http://www.roblox.com/Animation-Editor-item?id=144373835) through Roblox Studio. Wiki: http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=Animations Personally, I recommend you to practice a bit before you create something advance like a sprinting animation.
