Help with http loader on khols epix admin? [closed]

Please help me i do not know how to script well. Im learning

Basically i want it so i can load scripts using http service I want the commands to be :h (http) for a plain script

:hl (http) For a local script

Basically its like a script builder. I tried but it just crashes it D:
