Team Made Characters?

how do i script it? I'm making a team based sword fighting game, and i want to make players spawn in with a diffrent character depending on which team they're in

For example:

Blue team's character = White Shirt and legs/Blue skin/with a face/and a hat (Maybe a hat)

Red teams character = White shirt and legs/Red skin/ with a face/ and a hat (Maybe a hat)

How do i script it?
