How do I make a vehicle for water?

Does anyone know how to make a boat for terrain water? I don't want to make a paddle boat...

You are able to make a boat for water by replacing the wheels or cylinders to a square brick with parts connected to it. It should look similar to this.. http://postimg.org/image/bqog7qkgp/
