On what site can I use PostAsync?
I want to store some information on a site, for multiple games to chat to each other, what site can I use for this, and is it possible?

You can use various IRC sites, an example being SwiftIRC, though you would have to figure out how to use the API.
You could also host your own website and use a combination of PHP and XML to send and hold data. If you choose to host, some things you would need to know would be
- How to read POST or/and GET requests
- How to efficiently handle data
- How to make an easy to use API
