How do I make a wepon that only goes into the creators backpack when he logs on?
How cane I make it so that when I log onto my game I the staff from ultimate powers but if anyone else logs on they don't have it?

You need a Custom Tool script, which there are many models of.
Look,forget about what he said, you have to put admin in your game in order to do that, to put weapons in your game, you have to get it, go to workspace, click on it 'till it turns blue, drag it into starter pack, then get out of studio.

That would give everyone the item because it is in the starter pack. I would suggest that you use a vip tool script and change it so that it only gives items to people whose names are entered as vips.
Add something like Person299's admin to your game, put the tools in lighting and type give/robloxname/toolname when you join.
