TouchTapInWorld second parameter ProcessedByUI Returns true if ContextAction is binded?

So Basically

the problem I have is simple

TouchTapinWorld's ProcessedByUI is supposed to return false if there is no UI that player touched

however for some reason when i bind ContextActionService

it returns true

does anyone know how I can prevent this?
