Need help creating an admin command "/ban [ player name ]" for Roblox Studio. Can you help ?

Need help creating an admin commend "/ban [ player name ] for Roblox Studio. It should work like this : if a person with id "5435345" ( admin for example ) then he has access to know this command he will type in the chat this command "/ban [player name ] then he will search for such player and if he finds him he will ban him and the system message ".... player got banned" even if he is not on the server and after that a message is displayed as shown in the image linked below and no one can see either the message or the command. A normal command ban only that with the above requirements. Thank you very much for your reply this is very urgent for me because I have a game on completion and need help from you guys. Greetings.
