AutoButtonColor does not work with ImageButton why though?

I don't know why but I have always thought of AutoButtonColor property of a ImageButton as where if you hover a mouse to a imagebutton it will change the color to white

for some reason Im trying it right now

I definitly have the property enabled.

For some reason it is not working for me I dont know why
