how do i add hand effects/parts to my hands in this script?

You can use

ParticleEmitter:Emit(<amount>)

to make a particle emitter emit a certain amount of particles, but you can use

ParticleEmitter.Enabled = true

If you want it to stay on, if that is what you are asking.
