How do I lock the mouse in a certain area in Roblox Studio?

I'd like to make a jailbreak-style jet in Roblox Studio, I've nailed everything down except for the mouse locking in the designated circle that they have. Here's a link to show you what I mean: https://gyazo.com/b599ace2e67504b4454328022598d4b5
