What projects can I do to help me better understand mover constraints?

Hello, first of all, sorry if this is a request, I believe it is a question and if it is a request, it was not my intention to break the rules. My question is what are some projects that I can do to better help me understand mover constraints. I've read about them and watched videos but I think I need some hands on practice to feel comfortable with them. Are there any projects that I could force myself to figure out that will help my skill level with these? Any project that involves the use of any of them would be greatly appreciated.
