Character animation stops when grabbing another character?

Hello, I am currently trying to make a SCP-173 where it grabs the player, but due to an unknown reason the SCP-173's animations stop entirely with only the grab animation playing. Sometimes it works, with the animations playing all of a sudden. I put the grabbed characters parts on massless, but that doesnt seem to work.
