Animals will not move in my game?

I have a roblox game I made a while ago called "Animal RP" and in it, you select an animal and a map and play with friends. However, the animals won't move anymore. Last time I checked which was a few months ago, this was not an issue. I don't know what to do or what the problem could be. It could possibly be something with the animation scripts for all of the animals. Also the only animal that is working is the snake. All the others aren't working. I don't know.
